The ideal location for a Great Smoky Mountains getaway, River Terrace Resort and Convention Center lies in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, adjacent to Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies and just 6 miles from the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. In addition, River Terrace Resort is only a short drive from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood theme park and other area attractions, live entertainment venues, family-friendly restaurants and shopping opportunities, as well as hiking trails, championship golf, whitewater rafting and more.

Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Reservations online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Reservation Status

To facilitate the reservation process on our site, we have implemented the following procedure that allows you to check your reservation status 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

1) Get your login information ready: Please review the email notification sent to you right after you submitted your information online or over the phone. That email contains a password that you can use in combination with your email address to check your reservation status directly from our website.
